Responsibilities

  • Lead the business services sales strategy across key industries (e.g., retail, banking, logistics), focusing on maintaining market leadership, achieving ambitious growth targets exceeding market pace, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  • Implement and sustain strategic direction for the medium and large enterprise segment
  • Translate strategy into actionable commercial and operational plans and drive their execution through team management and development
  • Expand IT, IoT, and cybersecurity offerings
  • Maintain and grow the mobility business within the segment
  • Represent the sales unit and Telia Lietuva internally and externally as a key spokesperson and ambassador for the company’s values, vision, and customer commitment
  • Lead the medium & large segment team working with the East region, delivering communication and IT services, infrastructure, and cloud solutions to B2B clients
