Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales Operations, Compensation, you will design innovative and efficient compensation plans that align with business goals and drive growth, analyze plan effectiveness and expenses, present findings to sales leaders, manage plan documents, develop compensation policies in collaboration with various departments, resolve compensation-related issues, conduct audits of financial records and commission data, create metrics and goals to manage incentive plans, communicate incentive policies and processes, and analyze the external market to determine pay competitiveness.
