Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant experience in sales compensation design, preferably within a SaaS company with a recurring revenue business model. Strong mathematical, comparative analysis, and general analytical skills are required, as well as proficiency in Excel with advanced spreadsheet management skills, and knowledge of compensation policies, programs, and compliance issues.
As the Head of Sales Operations, Compensation, you will design innovative and efficient compensation plans that align with business goals and drive growth, analyze plan effectiveness and expenses, present findings to sales leaders, manage plan documents, develop compensation policies in collaboration with various departments, resolve compensation-related issues, conduct audits of financial records and commission data, create metrics and goals to manage incentive plans, communicate incentive policies and processes, and analyze the external market to determine pay competitiveness.
