Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of professional services experience, with at least 3 years in a practice management role. Prior SaaS deployment experience, particularly within the HR sector, is required. Experience leading delivery teams and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Professional Services will support Sales in presenting the PS offering and providing quotes, engage with customer executive sponsors to ensure strong long-term relationships, manage a team of 5-10 consultants, oversee between 40 and 60 onboarding projects across North America, create engagement models for each customer, partner with the Sales team on calls with Enterprise customers, scope onboarding efforts, write statements of work, conduct performance reviews for consultants, manage a capacity plan, continuously improve pricing and packaging, implement a partner onboarding model, and ensure time cards and project statuses are updated weekly. The role will also involve training, project management, workshop facilitation, integration setup, and participation in project kickoffs and reviews.
