Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience overseeing multiple relevant product lines
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product strategies

Responsibilities

  • Establish and communicate a clear product vision aligned with CASETiFY’s mission and market demands
  • Develop long-term product strategies to drive growth and innovation across all product lines
  • Implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance efficiency
  • Evaluate workflows to identify improvement areas and streamline operations
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for alignment on product goals and strategies
  • Foster collaboration among Product Management, Product Development, Inventory Planning, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams
  • Align with senior leaders on product innovation and market trends to meet business goals
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as revenue growth, operational efficiency improvement (time-to-market, resource utilization), and customer-product satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
  • Facilitate regular reviews to address product-related challenges and opportunities
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices
  • Drive the long-term product and product development strategy in terms of identifying trends, driving product design and development, evaluating sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Design, Product Development, Brand & Marketing, Sales, and Global Demand Planning
  • Deliver seasonal DTC plans and assortments with a story-led approach, highlighting key narratives
  • Monitor and validate product creation plans and consumer intent before market handoff
  • Ensure consistency in brand plans across all markets
  • Collaborate on global and wholesale assortments, aligning category plans with incubation, launch, and sustain phases
  • Consolidate regional commercial input while maintaining awareness of global needs and opportunities
