Candidates must have proven experience in content strategy or product content leadership, ideally in wellness, fitness, education, or consumer apps. They should possess multimedia and multi-format content experience, a strong understanding of content's impact on user behavior and product success, and experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and analysts. A systems thinking approach, user-focused insight, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong project management abilities are essential. Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or content recommendation systems is a plus, and a passion for health, fitness, or wellness is highly desirable.
The Head of Product Content will own and drive the content strategy across apps, focusing on how high-quality content achieves user outcomes, enhances product value, and supports personalization and growth. This role involves defining content strategy for each product in alignment with user journeys and growth opportunities, partnering with production to ensure relevant content creation, and developing content taxonomies for better discovery and personalization. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and UX teams for meaningful content integration, supporting localization, assessing content performance with data, and championing user-centric content thinking. The role also entails proposing and prioritizing content-driven product initiatives and fostering cross-functional alignment.
