Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or a related field
  • Portfolio showcasing work on digital products (mobile app experience is a must)
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • Portfolio that showcases crisp UX copy, long-form support content, and strategic thinking
  • Experience providing formal or informal mentorship, feedback, and guidance to other writers
  • Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and evangelizing content guidelines (voice, tone, style guides)
  • Track record of using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform content strategy and content design iterations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across all projects
  • Own product content strategy, governing and refining the voice, tone, and vocabulary of the product
  • Create and maintain guidelines and resources that empower the entire product development organization to write with clarity and consistency
  • Pioneer AI content, guiding the personality, tone, and knowledge base of AI-powered Help Chat
  • Bridge brand and product, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to ensure a seamless narrative for members
  • Champion user-centric content, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure clear communication of product value and functionality
  • Execute with excellence, writing and strategizing content for key product initiatives and guiding teams on infusing small moments of surprise and warmth
  • Partner with the Legal and Compliance teams to craft messaging that meets strict regulatory requirements without sacrificing the brand voice
  • Navigate complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Continuously evaluate and refine content strategy, using data and qualitative insights to inform decisions
