Partner Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, specifically focused on SI partner marketing relationships and executing campaigns for enterprise software and cloud environments. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with fluency in both Japanese and business-level English. Familiarity with key technologies in data analytics, ML/AI, and solutions space is also necessary.
As the Head of Partner Marketing, you will develop and own partner marketing strategies in Japan, working directly with global teams to drive pipeline and growth revenue. You will collaborate with our Partner Alliance organization and partners to co-develop GTM strategies, drive co-marketing campaigns, and establish thought leadership programs. Additionally, you will advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies and conduct audits to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
