Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in partner or alliance marketing within the data/BI sector. A technical background in cloud data platforms and alliance marketing is essential, along with a deep understanding of cloud data warehouse ecosystems like Snowflake and Databricks. Proven success in designing and executing co-marketing programs with major cloud platform partners or leading ISVs/SIs is required. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling joint value messaging, develop enablement assets for technical and executive audiences, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a focus on KPIs and ROI analysis is necessary. Exceptional project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools are also required. Occasional travel to partner events and industry conferences is expected.

Responsibilities

The Head of Partner Marketing will design and execute co-marketing campaigns with Snowflake and Databricks to drive lead generation and accelerate deals. They will build integrated partner demand programs, including webinars, ebooks, ABM plays, and event sponsorships, aligned with partner roadmaps and Sigma's product launches. Responsibilities include increasing Sigma's brand awareness through partner channels, creating enablement assets to empower sales teams, and collaborating with Product Marketing on technical briefs and ROI calculators. The role involves partnering with ISVs and SIs to identify co-selling opportunities, co-author case studies, and co-host workshops. Managing positioning, content, and co-branded activities at key industry conferences is crucial. The Head of Partner Marketing will track and report on program performance, solicit feedback to optimize processes, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partner stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
