CarbonChain

Provides carbon tracking solutions for businesses

About CarbonChain

CarbonChain provides carbon tracking solutions that help businesses measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. Their main product is a carbon tracker that allows organizations to analyze the impact of their activities and pinpoint areas that produce the most carbon emissions. This tool is especially useful for companies that need to comply with carbon border adjustment mechanisms (CBAM), which are regulations that impose tariffs on imported goods based on their carbon footprint. CarbonChain offers accurate global data on greenhouse gases like CO2 and methane, assisting businesses in meeting international carbon regulations and finding suppliers with lower carbon emissions. The company operates on a subscription model, charging recurring fees for access to its platform and data services, and also provides consulting to help clients improve their carbon reduction strategies.
