The Lifecycle Marketing team focuses on driving customer engagement and retention through various owned channels, managing triggered and seasonal ad hoc programs to drive incremental sessions and monthly active users.
You will grow activation, engagement, retention, and subscriptions via Braze-run channels, lead the team in managing campaigns, shape personalized campaigns using data, establish performance baselines for email, push, SMS, and onsite channels, and collaborate cross-functionally.
