Responsibilities

The Head of Legal Operations will own and manage the Ironclad@Ironclad program, refining processes for scale and automation. They will partner with Deal Desk and Procurement to ensure a seamless contracting process and manage the Legal Team's data analytics program, creating regular business review reports. Responsibilities include managing the Legal Team budget, hosting webinars, project managing Legal Team initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of Legal Department tools. They will also oversee outside counsel onboarding and provide administrative support to the Legal team.
