Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience working on a legal or compliance team in-house or at a law firm, demonstrating a passion for legal, compliance, and privacy matters. Experience with legal management tools such as Ironclad, Simple Legal, Box, Salesforce, and Adobe Sign, along with other work technology tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Word is required.

Responsibilities

The Legal Operations & Compliance Manager will manage Legal’s processes, systems, and technology, including owning and administering Legal Team technology tools, managing workflows for agreements, identifying solutions to improve knowledge management, and building out internal Legal intranet pages. They will also oversee corporate compliance, maintain business qualifications for entities, coordinate corporate filings, manage contract renewal reporting, compile and analyze legal metrics, provide project management support for the Legal team, and support the privacy program by planning and maintaining engagement strategies, defining objectives, and addressing privacy-related controls. Additionally, the role involves tracking and responding to inquiries, maintaining a robust template library, and providing support for litigation and dispute resolution matters.
