Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, with a strong focus on AWS environments. Additionally, 3-5 years of leadership experience managing infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams is required, along with experience operating production systems on AWS using Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

The Head of Infrastructure will lead and grow a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, defining and executing a roadmap for scalable, secure infrastructure aligned with product and regulatory needs. This role owns infrastructure operations across AWS, Kubernetes, and Postgres-based services, drives infrastructure cost management and strategic vendor usage, and partners with InfoSec to ensure adherence to FedRAMP, SOC 2, and PCI. Responsibilities include setting strong operational standards around observability, incident response, and reliability, and collaborating with engineering, Data Science, and product teams to deliver internal platforms that enable fast, secure software delivery.
