Requirements

7+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure management
Experience with AWS, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers
Excellent technical and strategic skills, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with development, QA, and IT teams
Experience with incident management and troubleshooting, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system outages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize and manage cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers, providing guidance and support
Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with the company’s goals
Oversee the optimization and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency
Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues
Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products
Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure, implementing solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Oversee incident management and troubleshooting, ensuring quick identification, resolution of system outages, and root cause analysis
Ensure comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and procedures
Establish and enforce DevOps standards and guidelines across the team
Manage relationships with third-party services and vendors, ensuring that external services and tools meet the company’s quality and performance standards
Manage the budget for DevOps infrastructure and tools, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality services
