Requirements

Candidates should have experience in management consulting, investment banking, or accountancy with one of the big four firms and have worked in a high-growth startup environment. Strong financial modeling skills and experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn are essential. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and present findings to senior stakeholders is required, along with experience leading teams and influencing across functions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial planning tools and advanced Excel skills is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Head of FP&A, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance. You will partner with senior leadership to support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans. Additionally, you will design and implement financial dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, and prepare board and investor reports. You will oversee the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
