Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred, along with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global accounting, tax, and treasury functions, including at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership capacity. Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, internal controls (SOX), and public company reporting standards are necessary, as is experience in scaling global finance functions within a high-growth, enterprise SaaS environment, with a preference for IPO or public company readiness.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury will provide strategic oversight of all accounting operations, global tax planning and compliance, and treasury functions, leading a team of 25+ professionals across the U.S. and India. They will ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and oversee the company’s financial close, consolidation, and internal control frameworks to support audit and SOX compliance. This role will also design and implement scalable processes to support Saviynt’s continued international expansion and SaaS revenue growth, lead global tax strategy, and develop and optimize global treasury and cash management programs, while acting as a thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, championing a culture of excellence and representing the company in interactions with auditors and financial partners.
