Requirements

Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a proven ability to build and scale FP&A processes in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses. Strong Excel skills and experience with financial tools like Mosaic, NetSuite, and Salesforce are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with both strategy and execution, possesses deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and has excellent communication and business partnering skills. Experience in a high-growth, VC/PE-backed company is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will design, build, and implement company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including building financial models and SaaS metrics tracking tools. Responsibilities include leading the annual budget process, creating rolling forecasts, analyzing financial results, owning variance reporting, and partnering with cross-functional leaders. The analyst will also deliver executive and board-level reporting materials, provide ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, and optimize FP&A systems and workflows.
