Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of brand and marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role covering multiple European markets. A proven track record in brand management, PR, social media, product marketing, and integrated campaigns is essential. Experience in consumer AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics is preferred. Native-level English proficiency is required, and fluency in at least one additional European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional global teams and managing agencies, along with a data-driven mindset and experience managing budgets and marketing performance metrics, is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of EU Marketing will define and adapt Plaud’s global brand positioning for the European audience, ensuring cultural and market relevance. They will lead PR strategy and media relations across key European markets, drive localized social media strategy, and partner with the global product team to localize product messaging and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities also include developing and overseeing market-specific content marketing, and planning and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs to optimize performance.
