Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise-wide technology vision, aligning all platforms and investments with Procore's growth and operational objectives
Ensure a frictionless digital employee experience that empowers productivity and engagement across the global workforce
Develop the vision and strategy for enterprise AI tools (GenAI and Agentic), including adoption frameworks, governance, and measurable impact metrics
Champion the integration of AI and automation into business workflows to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation at scale
Set the direction for core enterprise platforms and data systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with global standards
Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, demonstrating the strategic impact of technology and AI on business growth
Establish governance, policies, and operating models for data integrity and compliance (including SOX)
Drive strategic vendor and technology partnerships to expand capabilities and accelerate innovation
