We're seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our technical vision and execution, driving innovation and scaling our platform to empower millions of families worldwide.

Requirements

• Seasoned and inspiring Head of Engineering
• Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and workflows
• Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, etc.)
• Experience with AI/ML integration (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap in partnership with Product and Design.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organization (frontend, backend, infrastructure, and mobile development).
• Implement and continuously improve engineering best practices, workflows, and processes.
• Drive innovation across the platform, including AI/ML integration for content personalization and coaching tools.
• Oversee system architecture and long-term platform evolution.
• Partner cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals and user experience priorities.
• Manage infrastructure, security, and compliance.
