Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutions, and demonstrate a proven track record of driving ecosystem growth within the Web3 space. Experience in partnership development, strategic planning, and community building is essential, as is a deep understanding of the DeFi, gaming, and AI verticals. A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or technology, is preferred, along with demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for scaling Ethereum.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Ecosystem Growth, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem, including driving the adoption of Arbitrum technologies, forging strategic partnerships, and overseeing ecosystem grants and funding programs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools and support, and will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ecosystem growth, regularly reporting on these metrics to the Foundation’s leadership.
