Responsibilities

Build and scale a new product across multiple channels, targeting $1B in AUM inflows within a year
Build and lead a national sales team, with a focus on recruiting, training, and cultivating a performance-driven culture
Develop sales enablement tools—playbooks, collateral, and education—to support advisor-led growth
Develop KPIs and success metrics for pipeline, conversion, and channel productivity; report to leadership and the Board
Shape and execute brand and marketing strategies in coordination with marketing lead across media, distribution partners, and direct channels
