Requirements

  • 10+ years in asset-management distribution, including placing registered interval/tender-offer in retail channels
  • Deep relationships across RIAs/IBDs/aggregators; experience negotiating platform economics
  • Strong command of FINRA/1940-Act/Securities Act distribution rules and compliance workflows
  • Data-driven operator who can build repeatable playbooks and dashboards
  • Startup/operating experience with a lean team is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a new product across multiple channels, targeting $1B in AUM inflows within a year
  • Build and lead a national sales team, with a focus on recruiting, training, and cultivating a performance-driven culture
  • Develop sales enablement tools—playbooks, collateral, and education—to support advisor-led growth
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics for pipeline, conversion, and channel productivity; report to leadership and the Board
  • Shape and execute brand and marketing strategies in coordination with marketing lead across media, distribution partners, and direct channels
