Responsibilities

Develop and drive the overall experience design vision aligned with company goals, target audiences, and the product roadmap
Own the design system and plan for evolutionary implementation

Work directly with engineering to ensure feature development, balancing vision, technical feasibility, and user value
Design new features from concept to finalized pixels
