Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define & Execute the Design Vision: Spearhead the company’s overall design direction—merging user experience principles with captivating visual design to create cohesive, on-brand products
  • Build & Maintain a Figma Design System: Develop and continually refine a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficient implementation across all product components
  • Champion Design Best Practices: Establish and uphold UX/UI standards, guiding the core SaaS product’s interface and user flows to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
  • Lead User Research & Validation: Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions, leveraging insights to refine both the experience and visual appeal of all features
