Requirements

  • Based in New York, NY or hybrid remote, with expectation to attend office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (subject to legal right to work in jurisdiction)
  • Senior, hands-on strategic leader capable of owning demand generation function from strategy to execution and analysis
  • Experience aligning go-to-market (GTM) motion with cohesive demand gen strategy in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to design and execute end-to-end campaigns across channels, impacting sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Skills in leading internal teams (e.g., content writers, demand gen director) and managing external agencies (e.g., ad agencies)
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, personas, and sector-specific campaigns
  • Proficiency in channel management: Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), Content & SEO, Email Marketing
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) using intent data platforms
  • Experience converting event leads from sponsorships/exhibitions
  • Strong data analytics skills for measuring KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
  • Own full lifecycle of integrated campaigns: ideation, content briefs, launch, optimization, building assets (landing pages, ad copy)
  • Lead and manage external ad agency, providing strategic direction and creative assets; manage content writers, demand gen director; partner with Sales Ops
  • Define and execute campaign strategies for target audiences and personas across sectors
  • Oversee performance across channels: Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), Content & SEO (with internal/external resources), Email Marketing for nurturing/outbound
  • Build and manage targeted ABM campaigns using intent data platforms
  • Develop strategies for converting leads from events as sponsor/exhibitor
  • Use data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on key KPIs
