Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel are required, including linking to external data sources, creating queries, designing data structures, and building pivot tables. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and working with large, complex datasets, particularly in healthcare, is necessary. Proficiency in verbal and written communication with senior leadership, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities are essential. Advanced SQL and SAS skills, along with prior experience in system analytics or data warehousing, are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Data and Reporting Lead is responsible for generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets by querying databases and data warehouses. This role involves integrating data from multiple sources, programming and maintaining report forms, formats, dashboards, and data generators. The Lead may also create specifications and database designs for reports based on business requests and advise executives on functional strategies. They will exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues, working with minimal supervision.
