Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the media industry or an advertising agency, with proven experience in team management. They require excellence in writing, a strategic vision, expertise in media and proficiency in multi-format editorial formats (print, web, social media), and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong English language skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are also essential, along with a thorough knowledge of luxury brand marketing.
The Head of Creative Marketing & Planning Strategy will be responsible for defining multi-channel editorial strategies aligned with client communication goals, collaborating with creative and commercial teams to develop relevant editorial and creative responses to client briefs, and ensuring the quality of editorial productions. They will also draft video synopses and interviews, analyze brand and luxury sector strategic needs, prospect for new business opportunities, and manage the creative strategist team, developing strategic orientations for client responses. Additionally, they will work closely with title redacitons to ensure editorial quality while meeting business objectives.
