They must also have 3-5+ years of experience in building teams and developing direct reports in various creative fields. A process-first mindset with a proven ability to simplify complex systems, streamline workflows, and reduce inefficiencies is essential. Experience with AI- or automation-enhanced operations and a clear understanding of their potential is also required.
The Head of Brand Production Studio will manage a team of production designers, video editors, and project managers, leading team-wide operational excellence through efficient resource, tooling, and process utilization. This role involves driving the vision, procurement, and implementation of creative tooling and systems, managing project intake, trafficking, and resource allocation, and organizing regular reporting on project statuses. Responsibilities also include identifying process gaps, evangelizing standards across the company, drafting and managing project plans to ensure error-free, on-brief, on-time, legally compliant, and on-budget results, and collaborating with creative teams to resource needs and scope projects.
