Responsibilities

  • Own and implement all systems, processes, tools, and reporting to enable the Brand Partnerships team to work effectively
  • Build workflows, manage workback schedules, and ensure resources and timelines are aligned
  • Identify risks or resourcing gaps and introduce solutions such as automation or AI-driven processes
  • Support long-term planning to keep the team ready for future priorities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use data to guide decisions and analyze performance to optimize results
  • Proactively build and refine processes to improve program efficiency, leveraging internal partnerships, AI, tooling, and automation for scalable workflows and systems
  • Track KPIs through dashboards (conversions, performance, program impact)
  • Audit reporting processes to discover and implement optimizations
  • Identify resourcing needs and effectively plan strategic projects alongside the Brand Partnerships team
