About Gradient

Gradient is building the world’s first fully decentralized AI runtime—a sovereign, peer-powered infrastructure where intelligence is hosted, served, and owned by the people. The age of Centralized Intelligence is ending. What comes next is open, agentic, and alive at the edge.

We’ve recently completed our $10M seed funding round, led by Pantera Capital and Multicoin Capital, with participation from HSG (formerly Sequoia Capital China) and other distinguished partners. This milestone is further supported by leading angel investors and advisors from spaces across AI, crypto, and beyond.

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Development Lead to identify and grow high-leverage partnerships that accelerate the adoption of next-generation intelligence systems.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how Gradient interfaces with external collaborators — from research institutions to infrastructure platforms and technology partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach and deal-making with aligned partners and collaborators
  • Structure partnerships that support product direction and community growth
  • Design systems and materials for scalable, repeatable BD efforts
  • Represent Gradient in external conversations and industry forums
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing to align strategic goals

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in BD, strategic partnerships, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep curiosity about AI infrastructure and long-term innovation
  • Bonus: experience working across complex stakeholder groups or technical ecosystems

If you’re ready to challenge the status quo and be part of a transformative journey, we invite you to apply. Together, let’s build a brighter, more inclusive future powered by intelligence.

We’re excited about the path we’re forging — and the talented minds who will help shape it. If you’re passionate about building a decentralized, community-driven future for AI and eager to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Energy-efficient window ACs and heat pumps

About Gradient

Gradient Comfort creates energy-efficient window air conditioners that also function as heat pumps, providing both cooling and heating without obstructing views. Their products use R-32 refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly than traditional options, making them appealing to eco-conscious consumers, especially in regions with strict emissions regulations like New York. Unlike competitors, Gradient Comfort sells directly to consumers through its website, fostering a closer relationship with customers. The company's goal is to lead in clean energy innovation and support decarbonization efforts in home climate control.
