Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry
  • Experience in developing a Go To Market sales plan
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting tools
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
  • Strong B2B background and understanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya area
  • Willing to travel frequently

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities
  • Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area
  • Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined
  • Plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint in the B2B market, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
