Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with Ninja Mart's mission
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and uncover growth opportunities to develop Ninja Mart USP
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft a strategic plan fuelling high growth, evaluating portfolio strategy, pricing, distribution, and marketing
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and industry partners for revenue acquisition and collaborative FMCG partnerships
  • Manage the end-to-end business development pipeline, optimizing new and ongoing brand partnerships for maximum growth
  • Foster close collaboration with support departments and department counterparts to ensure smooth customer experiences and address operational challenges
  • Oversee key account management, ensuring high professional standards and aligning with market needs and Ninja Mart's capabilities
  • Develop and offer value-added services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction
  • Nurture relationships with key clients to unlock additional revenue opportunities
  • Create intricate pricing models for diverse customer tiers, enhancing profitability while ensuring competitiveness
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to drive brand presence and product visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with strategic goals
