Responsibilities

  • Operate the store while fully understanding and respecting the Nike brand and store concept
  • Formulate annual action goals, execute business plans in line with policies and rules, analyze current status, and achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales, average purchase price, purchase units, traffic, purchase customer count, and purchase rate
  • Identify store issues, determine and execute solutions
  • Implement efficient and effective staffing for productivity improvement and P/L optimization
  • Conduct education and training for store staff through daily sales activities
  • Visualize team performance and support growth through regular feedback and coaching
  • Build relationships with local community and partner facilities, and enhance Nike brand value through social impact activities
