Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries for data analysis. They should have experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients. Proven ability to create clear user guides and training materials for non-technical audiences is essential. Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts and guiding users, is required. Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is necessary. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. While not required, experience working remotely is a plus.
Partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementation stages. Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities, collaborating with stakeholders. Translate customer needs into technical requirements and map processes to ensure alignment with platform builds and project plans. Support customer integration projects in collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams. Work closely with customers to set up the HRIS system according to their requirements, liaising with their internal teams. Create customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system adoption. Develop UAT Plans and test scripts based on customer system builds and processes. Ensure a first-class handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams upon implementation completion and support hypercare periods as needed. Ensure all data and analysis deliverables are met within agreed timelines throughout the implementation process.
