HCM Analyst

Position Overview

Remote is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical HCM Analyst to join our new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team) supporting our HRIS Product. This role is crucial for ensuring an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery for our customers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to map requirements, migrate data, configure systems, and create user-friendly documentation.

  • Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, training materials, and system documentation for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients in an analyst function.
  • Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts, guiding users, capturing feedback, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams from discovery to final sign-off for all HRIS implementations.
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, mapping current processes to ensure system requirements are met within the platform, aligned with project plans and in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support integration projects for customers in collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Work closely with customers to set up the HRIS system according to their requirements, collaborating with their internal teams (IT, HR, Data, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
  • Create customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client teams in system adoption and usage.
  • Create UAT Plans and test scripts based on the customers' system build and processes.
  • Ensure a first-class handover to all BAU teams upon implementation completion and support hypercare periods as required.
  • Ensure all data and analysis deliverables are met within agreed timelines throughout the implementation process with 100% accuracy.
