Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with excellent academic records and proficiency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in KYC analysis or a related field is required, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and be based in Jakarta. A solid understanding of KYC or AML procedures for financial institutions and a passion for the fintech industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for ensuring client records comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulatory standards in a timely manner. This includes reviewing the collection and verification of data for accuracy and completeness, liaising with customers to obtain missing documents, and performing enhanced due diligence on sensitive clients. The analyst must also stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements related to AML and KYC obligations.
