As an HCM Analyst, responsibilities include partnering with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout the HRIS implementation lifecycle, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation activities, translating customer needs into technical requirements and mapping processes to ensure system alignment, supporting integration projects, collaborating with customers on HRIS system setup, creating customized client documentation and training materials, developing UAT plans and test scripts, ensuring a smooth handover to BAU teams, and providing ongoing support during hypercare months.
