The role consists of roughly 35% management, including guiding team careers, providing feedback, resource allocation, talent acquisition, and strategic planning, and 65% technical contributions through direct work or project leadership.
Strong candidates will have 3+ years managing technical staff, proven resource management and hiring experience, 8+ years in subsystem/microsystem architecture, and an advanced degree, with technical expertise in mixed-signal areas like ADCs, synthesizers, or filters.
