Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers deeply, aligning with corporate objectives, and providing technical guidance for advanced LaunchDarkly implementations
  • Expand networks by collaborating with technical partners to drive comprehensive solutions and reduce change management burdens
  • Proactively detect and diagnose risks, develop plans, and work with account and renewal teams on revenue forecasting and mitigation
  • Prescriptively sell by evaluating customer needs, monitoring progress against goals, and identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and features
  • Plan successful onboarding and adoption by meeting customers late in the sales cycle, collaborating on prescriptive success plans, and simplifying for multiple stakeholders
  • Own the onboarding process for new customers from sales handoff, educating on usage, best practices, and shortening time-to-value
  • Document onboarding and adoption processes to validate success, demonstrate value, and support expansion with internal teams
  • Build champions and executive relationships by identifying advocates, leveraging success metrics, and gaining executive sponsorship
