Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, providing technical expertise, and guiding toward advanced LaunchDarkly implementations
  • Expand networks by collaborating with technical partners to drive comprehensive solutions and reduce change management burden
  • Proactively detect and diagnose risks, develop plans to mitigate churn or contraction, and work with account teams on revenue forecasting
  • Prescriptively sell by evaluating customer needs, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and features
  • Plan successful onboarding and adoption by collaborating on prescriptive success plans late in the sales cycle
  • Own the onboarding process for new customers from sales handoff, educating on best practices to maximize value
  • Document onboarding and adoption processes to validate success, demonstrate value, and support expansion
  • Build champions and executive relationships by identifying advocates, leveraging metrics for executive sponsorship
