Responsibilities

  • Provide payments, contracts, and general support to Handshake MOVE Fellows
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Handshake AI Support
  • Handle payment questions, disputes, and manage contracts (80% of time: resolving questions/disputes, updating contracts, reporting bugs, sharing feedback, general inquiries; up to 75-100 tickets per day)
  • Deliver amazing email, Zoom, and/or phone support via email, internal ticketing systems, and other channels
  • Work closely with Handshake AI Ops, Finance, Product, Engineering, Projects, and Fellow Experience (FEXP) teams
  • Assist with general Handshake AI support and unblock users (10% on priority initiatives or improving business)
  • Share trends and learnings with the Handshake AI Team
  • Improve customer experience and team operations
  • Act as an advocate for Fellows to enhance the Handshake AI experience
