Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with over 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience. Experience with Go-To-Market systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, Gainsight, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is required, along with knowledge of system integration, identity security, and data security. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The GTM System Administrator will serve as the primary technical evaluator for new vendor requests related to Go-To-Market initiatives, analyzing business requirements against proposed solutions and assessing technical feasibility and security posture. This role is responsible for ensuring vendor solutions align with architectural standards, security policies, and IT strategy, as well as managing the onboarding and offboarding of GTM systems and documenting them in the IT CMDB. The administrator will also enable and deprecate third-party solutions integrated with the SailPoint Salesforce platform, collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders throughout the process. Responsibilities include conducting thorough security assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of vendor evaluations.
