5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions
Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close

Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions
Champion and scale best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances
