Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role in the SaaS industry
  • Proven experience in an early-stage environment: track record of building GTM functions from the ground up, preferably at a Seed or Series A/B stage company ($0M - $10M ARR)
  • Data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies: test and iterate on acquisition channels (e.g., outreach, partnerships, paid, content) to identify and scale high-quality leads
  • Lead generation & prospecting: research and identify potential high-value leads and key accounts (newsletter creators, small media brands, content-driven businesses) for targeted outreach and sales-led motions
  • Financial forecasting: own top-line revenue forecast, build and manage business models, track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR)
  • Market segmentation: conduct deep market research to refine and validate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and high-value segments in the newsletter/content creation economy
  • Messaging & positioning: work with product marketing team to craft compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning articulating Aigeon.ai's unique value (especially AI features) vs. competitors
  • Competitive intelligence: monitor competitors (beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit) and market trends, provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap
  • Product-GTM coordination: bridge between Executive, Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams; coordinate cross-functional activities for on-time product launches with complete GTM plans
  • Develop initial GTM playbooks, pricing guidance, and objection-handling materials for outreach or partnership activities, focusing on repeatability and scale
