Proficiency in English and Spanish
3–5 years experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution, MMPs, and marketing tech stacks
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Passion for process improvement and growth-driven experimentation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strategic & hands-on: Comfortable running campaigns today while planning for the bigger picture

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Drive acquisition through paid media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), App Store Optimization (ASO), and conversion optimization
Work closely with in-house creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaigns for maximum impact
Track and report performance, identify growth levers, and continuously test and iterate to improve ROI
Build playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks that can scale as the team grows
Shape the strategy, structure, and processes for scaling the growth marketing team
