Requirements

  • Experience owning full-funnel growth, including acquisition across paid (search, social, programmatic, video), organic (SEO, content, web), partnerships, referral, and ABM channels
  • Ability to stand up and run rigorous experimentation programs across audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages, driving rapid learning loops and scaling winners
  • Expertise in defining ICPs, messaging, routing rules, handoff SLAs, and feedback loops with Sales to create friction-free paths from demand to pipeline
  • Skills in translating brand narratives into performance assets (ads, pages, nurture, physical pieces) that reinforce positioning and build trust
  • Proficiency in designing growth instrumentation end-to-end (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow/CMS, attribution/BI) and partnering on tracking, data hygiene, taxonomy, experimentation frameworks, and attribution models
  • Experience managing agencies/contractors (media, creative, CRO, SEO) with clear operating models, briefs, performance expectations, scope negotiation, and accountability to outcomes
  • Strong ability to lead through influence as DRI for growth, setting strategy, operating cadence, and aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, RevOps, Product, Brand) without line authority
  • Capability to build dashboards, narratives, and roadmaps for leaders, translating results into insights, actions, and investment guidance

Responsibilities

  • Own full-funnel growth acquisition across paid, organic, partnerships, referral, and ABM channels
  • Establish and execute a rigorous experimentation program across audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages; scale winners
  • Define ICPs, messaging, routing rules, handoff SLAs, and feedback loops with Sales to turn demand into pipeline and revenue
  • Expand campaigns in established channels and test new media
  • Translate brand narrative into performance assets; develop modular creative systems and briefs for partners/agencies
  • Design end-to-end growth stack and analytics instrumentation; partner with RevOps/Analytics for consistent tracking and attribution
  • Manage agencies/vendors with operating models, briefs, and performance accountability
  • Serve as DRI for growth: set strategy, cadence, and align cross-functional partners into an integrated "squad."
  • Build dashboards, narratives, and roadmaps; evangelize internally and report insights to Marketing/GTM leaders
