Requirements

  • 2+ years in Growth, Product Marketing, Product Management, UA, or similar — with hands-on experience in experimentation and analytics
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV) and how they tie to business goals
  • Experience designing, running, and evaluating experiments (A/B tests, statistical significance, ICE/RICE)
  • Confident with funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and value prop testing
  • Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • A strong collaborator — works seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Run the full growth loop — from ideation and research to launch and performance review
  • Generate smart hypotheses, test them fast, and double down on what works
  • Analyze funnel metrics to uncover opportunities across acquisition, activation, revenue, and retention
  • Build repeatable systems for upsell and cross-sell
  • Research markets, competitors, and audience behavior to guide decisions
  • Craft clear, sharp messaging that speaks to users and shows product value
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to ship growth initiatives
  • Implement AI tools, automations, and analytics that drive sustainable growth
  • Track and optimize key metrics — LTV/CAC, activation, retention — keeping them in the green
  • Maintain a healthy experiment cadence and prioritize work using ICE/RICE frameworks
