The United States base range for this position is $79,057.00-112,938.00 plus equity. Leveling is determined during the interview process based on relevant work history and interview performance.
This role is based in New York with flexibility to work where you work best, including some work from home. You are asked to come into the office 2 times per week for in-person meetings.
Candidates need 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing technology or related growth roles at a fast-growing tech company, proven understanding of the marketing technology landscape (e.g., customer data platforms, marketing automation, content management systems), positive relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
