The Growth & GTM Engineer will own product growth features by coding and optimizing onboarding flows, referrals, and templates. They will automate GTM processes through lead scraping and setting up outbound sequences while integrating AI tools. The role involves designing and running A/B tests to measure impact and iterating on ideas that drive user adoption and revenue. Collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams is key to building cohesive growth roadmaps. The engineer will drive data-backed decisions by tracking metrics and funnel data, continuously researching new tools and frameworks for growth.
