Responsibilities

The Group Product Manager will oversee the data strategy for all media at Dick’s Media and Enterprise paid media. They will be responsible for envisioning, developing, and executing a long-term strategy for media data, including measurement, insights, data cleanliness, and innovation for activation. This role involves leading a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch. They will ensure quality planning, manage cross-team dependencies, track key performance indicators, and create continuous value. The Group Product Manager will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to build a prioritized roadmap and future vision for a media data suite, balancing short-term optimization with long-term strategic investments. They will also provide direct oversight in the organization and delivery of high-quality products while managing people and development opportunities.
