Requirements

Responsibilities

The OnStar Account Executive will collaborate with the GM Envolve Sales team to deliver vehicle connectivity solutions to fleet customers, acting as a subject matter expert for OnStar services. Responsibilities include identifying customer pain points in fleet management and telematics software, pursuing opportunities, closing business, and meeting performance metrics. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and providing ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing the use of connected vehicle data. Additionally, the Account Executive will attend industry events to generate leads, stay informed about industry trends and competitor developments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer experience.
