Responsibilities

  • Support the business in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans aligned with company goals and market dynamics
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive strategic decisions, including information on financials, commercial activity, resources planning, and product development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Finance, COO Office, and Product to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
  • Ensure timely follow-up and execution of strategic priorities and action plans, preparing reports and presentations to support business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable business tools
